Over the past 12 months, the Coronavirus pandemic has wreaked havoc on the world economy and severely damaged all manner of businesses and organisations large and small.
Here in the UK, SMEs make up 99.9% of the business population (6.0 million businesses) and with the closures of non-essential businesses and massive shifts in operational processes such as working from home, reduced staff numbers, social distancing procedures and more, many of these SMEs were severely impacted by the pandemic and there are many who haven't recovered.
